All the fireworks we offer are delivered within 2 to 14 days depending on the shipping zone. We count the delivery time from the date of receipt of payment for the purchased products. For details of delivery times please see Delivery.

Delivery costs depend on the zone in which your country is located and on the weight of the parcel being sent to you. You can check the details under Delivery.

The dispatch of the package depends on the payment method you chose when placing your order. We prepare the package for dispatch once we have received your payment. Within 48 hours of payment, we send a link with the status of the package to your email address, which you can follow. If you paid by card, your payment is credited to our account immediately. If you paid by bank transfer, your money will be in our account within 2–4 days. More details in the Terms and Conditions.

In the interest of your convenience, we have launched the option of parcel locker delivery. At the moment, it is not possible for you to select a parcel locker yourself on our website. We do not rule out that such functionality will be available in the future.

If you want to use the option of collecting a parcel from a parcel locker now, please choose this option in your shopping cart. You do not have to wait for the courier. You don’t have to worry that the parcel will be collected by an unauthorised person. You can collect it yourself at a time convenient for you.

We would like to point out that this is only an option. If you choose this option, we will check whether the dimensions of the products you have bought in our shop allow you to use this option. If not, we will send the package to you by courier. If the dimensions of the products meet the conditions for parcel locker collection, we will inform you about the details of collection. We will choose the nearest parcel locker according to the address you provided in the order form. You will receive additional information by email and/or telephone.

The above delivery option is available for the following countries: Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.

You probably placed an order as a guest without an account on our website. In such a case, the system does not assign previous orders to the new account. Each subsequent order placed after creating an account will be visible to you after logging in to My account.

We ship using the best 3rd party shipping companies. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times since we rely on 3rd party shipping companies, we can provide general guidelines to help you plan ahead. Typically, we recommend placing your order at least 14 business days in advance of your event to ensure that it arrives on time. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend placing your order even earlier to account for any unforeseen delays that may occur during shipping.

Yes, we do. Orders can be placed on our website 24/7 during the whole year. Orders placed after 6 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once the order is prepared and has left our shop, our commitment for it ends. As a client, you know how the law works in your country, so when you place your order you do so on your own responsibility.

• Placing an order on our website indicates agreement to accept the sale document without a signature.
• Our primary sale document is a receipt, which is proof of the transaction. At the customer’s request we can also add a VAT invoice to the package. To receive an invoice, please let us know in the additional information of the order.

The CE classification system categorises fireworks into different groups based on their intended use, hazard level and how they perform. Typically, F1 and F2 fireworks are suitable for the general public, whereas F3 and F4 are designed for use by trained professional pyrotechnicians.
