CE category F2 fireworks are approved for consumer use across the EU, including Germany. In Germany, adults may normally use F2 fireworks only on 31 December and 1 January, and local bans can apply (e.g. near churches, hospitals or in some city centres). Can I use it on New Year's Eve?
